Birth Certificates Please!

Essex Cup Final - Sunday 2nd April 2006

We have managed to locate at very late notice (through no fault of our own) a double decker bus for Sunday & Del is in the process of hiring it .

Ian & his coaching team feel that to give the maximum benefit of camaradarie amongst the boys for the BIG game it is important that they all travel together.

Obviously given time we would have made provision for everyone, inc family, friends & fans, who wished to travel Deltours. However as this was not possible, priority will be given as follows:-

1. The players (and non playing squad members who wish to attend)
2. The coaching & admin staff.
3. The wives & siblings of 2 above.
4. The fathers & mothers of 1 above.
5. Everyone else.

All squad members whether selected for the day or not will travel FREE. There will be a nominal fee of say £5 per person for all other persons.

The bus holds a minimum of 72 plus standing room, so we may still be able to accommodate all those who wish to join the boys & obviously on the flip side we wouldn’t want to under occupy!!

Please therefore URGENTLY let Del or me know either by e-mail, phone or in person of your wishes as places will be allocated on a first come first served priority basis.

If on the other hand you intend to drive anyway & have ‘spare’ seats, please also let us know.

Subject to confirmation we will be meeting at Brentwood RUFC at 9.30a.m. kick off time is 12.30pm & after presentations the BUS will be returning between 4pm & 6pm.
